00:00:00 The purpose of this video is to demonstrate how to look at an operation under the PAC Tool and make sure that the stakes that provide volunteers are appropriately associated with the operation. So we go into the PAC Tool and you're going to have your own default view that you previously set up.
00:00:29 I'm going to pick the view I created for Mesa and we're going to look at the Queen Creek, Arizona
00:00:43 crops operation. We're going to make sure the stakes that are providing volunteers to that
00:00:49 operation are the right ones. To change that we go into the operation columns and click on
00:00:55 the name of the operation here and the stakes associated with that operation
00:01:01 are listed here. If one of these stakes should not be listed here, then you click
00:01:06 on the checkbox next to the name of the stake and then you click on the three
00:01:10 dot menu over here and click delete a pet-classical ecclesiastical unit and
00:01:16 click delete. I'm gonna hit cancel because I really don't want to delete it for
00:01:20 real. Now the opposite if we want to add a stake that should be here but it's not then we click on
00:01:27 the plus here and then we look for the coordinating council here we look for the stake and then we
00:01:34 change no to yes here under assigned VSA's and then click save and close. So that's how you either
00:01:46 delete a stake or add a stake associated with an operation in the pack tool.
00:01:53 When you're done you're going to hit save and close and that's the end of this video.
